Floorfy welcomes you! We are a service that provides our users with access to a software for editing and publishing virtual tours through the Internet.

The Floorfy service is provided by Floorfy S.L., a limited liability company. These Terms of Use regulate your use of our service. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "Floorfy service", "our service" or "the service" means the service provided by Floorfy to publish and search for real estate in 360 degrees, including all its functions and functionalities, website, and interfaces of user, as well as all the contents and software associated with our service.

Subscription

Your subscription to Floorfy will continue month after month until its completion. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the monthly renewal date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee corresponding to the next month in your payment method (see "Cancellation" below). To use the Floorfy service you must have access to the Internet and a device compatible with Floorfy, and provide us with an accepted, valid and current payment method, which you can update when you deem appropriate ("Payment Method"). You can find specific details about your Floorfy subscription on your dashboard, by clicking on the "My Plans" section available in the Administration part of the dashboard.

1. Start of your subscription

Your Floorfy subscription can start with a free trial. The free trial period of your subscription lasts one month, or the period specified at the time of subscribing, and its objective is to allow new subscribers, and some former subscribers, to try the service. At the time of registration you will be informed if you are entitled to a free trial.

2. Completion

We will remit the invoice of your monthly subscription fee to your Payment Method at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of that period. To see the monthly subscription price and the final date of your free trial period, visit our website and click on the link "My Plans" on the "Managment" page. You will not receive any notice from us that your payment subscription has started.

Billing

Billing cycle

The subscription fee for our service will be billed monthly to your payment method on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your payment subscription. In some cases you can change the billing time, such as if your payment method has not been set correctly or if your payment subscription was started on a day not contained in a given month. Visit our website and click on the "Invoices" link on the "Managment" page to see the date of your next payment.

Payment methods

You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the "Payment Information" link. If the payment is not configured correctly, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or for some other reason, and you do not change your payment method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we obtain a valid payment method. You authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, since it can be updated, and you will still be responsible for any amount not charged. This may imply a change in the payment dates of your invoices. The issuer of certain payment methods may charge a fee for operation in foreign currency or other charges. Consult your payment method service provider for details.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Floorfy subscription at any time, and you will still have access to the Floorfy service until the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or subscriptions for partial subscription periods. To cancel your subscription, go to the "My Plans" page and click on the "Unsubscribe from Floorfy" button. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current billing period. If you subscribed to Floorfy using your account with a third party as Payment Method and wish to cancel your subscription with Floorfy at any time, including during the free trial period, you may have to do so through that third party. For example, you may have to visit your account in the corresponding third party and disable the automatic renewal of the Floorfy service, or unsubscribe from it, through said third party. You can also obtain billing information for your Floorfy subscription by visiting your account in the corresponding third party.

Changes in price and service plans

We can change our service plans and their price when we consider it appropriate. However, no change in price or service plans will affect you until 30 days have elapsed since we sent you the notification by email.

Floorfy Services

Minimum age

You must be 18 years of age, or be of legal age in your province, territory or country, in order to subscribe to the Floorfy service. Minors can only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

Updates

We continually update the Floorfy service, including the content library. In addition, we continuously analyze several aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, promotional functions and the availability of tours.

Acceptance of the functionalities of the service

You agree to use the Floorfy service, including all its associated options and functions, in accordance with current legislation, regulations and regulations, or other limitations on the use of the service or content provided therein. Tour viewer quality

The display quality of the tours may vary depending on the browser, or depending on the device, and may be affected by various factors, such as your location, bandwidth and / or the speed of your Internet connection. The minimum connection speed for standard quality (SD) is 0.5 Mbps. However, we recommend a higher speed for better video quality. Not all content is available in HD or Ultra HD.

Compatibility

The Floorfy software has been developed by Floorfy for Floorfy and is designed to allow the broadcast of content from Floorfy through Floorfy compatible devices. Such software may vary depending on the device and the medium, and its functions may also differ between devices. You acknowledge that the use of the service may require software from third parties subject to the licenses of said third parties. You agree to automatically receive updated versions of the Floorfy software and related third parties. If you sell, lose or steal your device compatible with Floorfy, we ask you to deactivate it. If you do not log out of your device or do not deactivate it, users who come next can access the Floorfy service through your account, and to certain information contained therein.

Password and access to the service

• The subscriber who created the Floorfy account and whose Payment Method is loaded ("Account Owner") has access to the Floorfy account and control over it.
